Abstract: In this automatic starting device for internal combustion engine carburetors, comprising a strangler starter shutter, linkage means for controlling this shutter incorporating a temperature responsive element, a cam connected through spring means to said shaft and co-acting with the positive throttle control linkage, said cam having a first cam face controlling the normal idling position of said throttle, followed by another cam face controlling the accelerated idling position thereof, the strangler starter shutter control linkage further comprises resilient connecting means adapted to yield in the fully open position of said shutter, the accelerated idling cam face extending in such a manner that it will still co-act along a predetermined stroke with said positive throttle control linkage after said shutter has reached its fully open position.

Abstract: This device is intended for remotely controlling the winder of safety harness webbing of vehicles, each winder comprising an unwinding member and a member for locking said unwinding member which is mounted on a movable component element of the vehicle body, and an inertia member adapted to control mechanically said locking member in conjunction with an electrically energized solenoid. This solenoid induces an electromagnetic force acting with a certain time lag and substantially in the same direction as the gravity applied to said inertia member, the retarded action of said electromagnetic force being responsive to the movement of said movable element of the vehicle body.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pedal command device with variable reduction for a master-cylinder type pressure emitter. The device includes a pedal articulated on a lever that is pivotally movable about a shaft and recalled by a spring. The pedal includes at one of its ends a cam that actuates a pusher articulated on the lever, which pusher commands a pressure emitter such as a vehicle brake master cylinder by means of a thrust member and a rod.

Abstract: An arrangement for controlling the recirculation of exhaust gases within internal combustion engines, includes a recycling system of conduits connecting the engine exhaust manifold to the main inlet manifold of the carburetion system and having a recirculating valve interposed within such circuit. The obturator of the recirculation valve has a truncated-cone configuration of such design that the increase in the variable area of the opening between the stopper or obturator and its seat is a function of the engine speed and load. In recycling the exhaust gases, the invention serves as an antipollution means for the exhaust gases of internal combustion engines.
