Abstract: The mechanism for a machine for stapling two moldings (21, 22) comprises a surface (10), for supporting the moldings (21, 22), and a linkage for operating two jaws (6, 7) in a functional plane (25) essentially parallel to the surface (10) in order to push the two respective moldings (21, 22) sideways towards respective functional positions against two respective side stops (2, 3) that extend in mutually inclined directions, and in order thereafter following the stapling, to draw back from the stops (2, 3) and return to a rest position; the linkage comprising elevating elements designed to move the jaws (6, 7), under the action of drive elements (50, 51), in a direction (70) perpendicular to the functional plane (25), so that the jaws (6, 7) are thus retracted, in the rest position, out of the functional plane (25).

Abstract: An adaptor (8) located underneath the work surface (1) is arranged to occupy a position locking the hammer (6), which is movable in an upward direction under the action of an actuator, when the machine is required for fixing in place a hanging clip. A plate (13) provided with studs (14) and a bar (17) is positioned on top of the work surface and abutments (2) to receive a board. The presser element is a support (18) for the clip being fixed to the board. Application in frame-assembly machines.

Abstract: A crimping head (2) is hinged, at the upper part, on a horizontal pin (4) mounted at the end of a connecting rod pivotally bearing on a central vertical post (12). This pin enables the head to adopt a position inclined towards the rear of the machine, through the action of a small jack (5), in such a way that its lower end is moved away from the shaped support block (6) serving to hold the fastener in position on the support plate (1).

Abstract: A thin cassette provided with a plurality of passages separated by partitions and open outwards at the front orifices, and at a rear side. On the rear side, each passage is equipped with a driver resting against the staples contained therein.

Abstract: The machine comprises two independent fastening stations. The first station (2), designed to assembly the corners of the frame separately and successively, is provided with two cutting heads (3, 7) for cutting the mouldings (5, 9) forming the corner of the frame, as well as with a fastening head (11) and devices with stops (6, 10) and jaws (14) for holding mouldings in position. The second station (15), designed for final assembly of the frame, is provided with two fastening heads (19, 20) installed facing each other along the diagonal of the frame to be produced.

Abstract: A stable pushing magazine for a manual frame stapler having a punch bearing a guide member in the form of a stud magnetized to hold a staple positioned against it. The magazine is in the form of an elongated, closed drawer. One face of the magazine is pierced by a longitudinal opening and another end of the magazine opens in a window at the end of the drawer. The drawer contains a sliding pusher operated by a button for the purpose of displacing the contiguous staples and of placing one staple on the punch via the window at the end of the drawer.
