  • Method and apparatus for forming a yarn web on a conveyor

    Abstract: Yarn is fed pneumatically through a flexible tube having a delivery end which oscillates transversely over a conveyor. The yarn leaving the delivery end of the tube strikes a transverse deflector and is deposited randomly and without tension to form a web on a conveyor belt. The web is then printed and the printed yarn subsequently collected.
