Abstract: A drying circuit for dry-cleaning machines using n-propyl bromide solvent, consisting of the fact that the coil of a refrigeration unit is immersed in the primary solvent tank. At top ends thereof the tank is connected to the drum with pipes for the passage of the drying air, the free surface of the solvent in the tank constituting a cooling agent for the air.
Abstract: Distillation chamber for extracting solvent from sludge, in particular for dry-cleaning machines, having a bottom shaped like a half-cylinder with a horizontal axis. The bottom is provided, in a downward position, at one end, with an outlet for extracting dried sludge. A shaft is axially and rotatably mounted in the chamber and spatula-like sectors, suitable for stirring the sludge and for pushing it toward the outlet upon the rotation of the shaft, are fixed to the shaft itself.
Abstract: Controlled heating unit for extracting solvent from sludge by distillation, in particular for dry-cleaning machines, having a sludge tank with a flattened shape which is arranged at the base of a sealed box-like chamber and above which inlets for microwaves generated by a microwave source are present, a mixer for the sludge to be treated, at least one sludge temperature sensor which switches off the microwave source when the sludge reaches a temperature which is proximate to the degradation temperature of the solvent.
Abstract: Dried load detector, for dry-cleaning machines, adapted to be arranged on the duct connecting a steam condensing assembly to a separator of the solvent and the water contained in the steam. The dried load detector is constituted by a case having an inlet conduit and an outlet conduit and defining at least one inlet chamber and one outlet chamber separated by a partition having a solvent aperture and a water aperture located at different heights. A solvent level detector is provided between the solvent aperture and the outlet conduit.
Abstract: Programming and control panel for dry-cleaning machines comprising: a schematic illustration of elements of a dry-cleaning machine marked by first warning lights adapted to indicate alarm or operative conditions, second warning lights corresponding to various steps of a washing cycle, a digital display cooperating with third warning lights to visualize selected adjustments and operative conditions of the washing cycle, a plurality of buttons by means of which it is possible to vary the adjustments and operative conditions of the washing cycle.
