The dispenser includes a tank (1) containing the substance (2) and is connected at one of its ends to a head provided with a pump (4) fitted with a fixing collar (3) and with a controlled shutter device for the vent (40) formed on the body (41) of the pump (4). The shutter device includes an air-permeable diffuser element (6) containing non-migratory agents for bacteriological and/or chemical treatment of air by contact. The diffuser element (6) is engaged on the pump body (41) and held by leakproof peripheral radial clamping of at least one annular zone, and by its top portion being engaged in the fixing collar.

Abstract: An antibacterial spray device is provided for spraying a liquid contained in a receptacle (R). The device comprises an endpiece designed to cover an outlet tube (G) of a pump (P) which is mounted on the receptacle (R) by a collar (C). The endpiece (1) includes an internal duct (11) which extends from the outlet tube (G) to an end cavity (10) and is surrounded coaxially by a tapering cylindrical outside wall (12), which is attached at its bottom portion to a bearing shoulder (13) for operating the pump (P). The end cavity (10) is provided with an ejection orifice (100) and houses a valve (2) therein. All component parts that come into contact with the liquid, including the endpiece, are made, at least in part, of a plastics material containing between 0.2% and 2% by weight of a bactericidal agent which acts solely by coming into contact with the liquid but without being released into the liquid.

The shutter (21) is constituted by a rod (21) carrying a plug (20) at an outer end thereof. The plug (20) cooperates with the ejection orifice (10) to form a delivery valve. The rod (21) also carries a transverse wall (22) at an inner end thereof. The wall (22) leaves a passage for the substance (P) and cooperates with a resilient return means (3) for returning the moving shutter (2) towards a closed position in which the plug (20) is engaged in sealed manner in the ejection orifice (10).

Abstract: A device for packaging and dispensing a sterile liquid product. The device comprises a reservoir on which a nozzle is mounted. The nozzle is provided with an inner conduit which has an upstream end communicating with the reservoir and a downstream end opening to the outside via an evacuation orifice. The inner conduit is at last partially obturated by an insert of selective porosity which allows both a metered flow of the product to the outside and a filtration of air sucked towards the inside, stopping biological polluting and/or contaminating agents.

Abstract: A method of making a pump dispenser using a container with a flexible bag for dispensing semi-liquid or creamy substances includes using a flexible bag within an outer rigid container, a bushing fitting in the mouth of the container and a flexible bag secured to the lower part of the bushing in sealing relationship therewith. A pump dispenser is partially fitted in the bushing and the assembly of rigid container, bushing, flexible bag and dispenser are subjected to a vacuum to purge the bag of gas. Subsequently, the pump dispenser is sealingly fit to the bushing except for a venting opening in the bushing that is used to fill the space between the bag and the rigid container with preferably inert gas inserted through the pump dispenser. The pump dispenser is subsequently sealed to the mouth area of the rigid container.

A nozzle-forming tube (3) passes axially through the cap (2) of the receptacle (1). The tube (3) has a top end (31) projecting outside the receptacle (1) and an internal bottom end.

Conservation of the substance is improved and filling and purging air are simplified.

The pump comprises a cylindrical body with a bottom intake provided with an inlet valve, in which a skirt encloses a movable piston against the action of a return spring, the piston being provided with a nozzle which passes through the skirt and having an axial channel closed by an internal valve member, biased by a spring. The nozzle is provided at its top portion with an internal shoulder, its bottom portion widening out by contrast into a collar, onto which a bushing is forced by its top edge, the bushing acting externally as a piston sealing gasket, defining under the collar of the nozzle an internal chamber in which the outlet valve member is located, its base being pierced by an axial orifice which acts as an annular seat for the valve member, the return spring for the valve member and the valve member itself being introduced from below and placed inside the nozzle. This pump provides excellent spraying.
