Another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic card including a static electricity blocking film and the method for fabricating thereof. An electronic card according to the present invention comprises a dam formed around the edge of a first printing film with a certain width and height; a flexible PCB and an IC chip formed on said first printing film; a display to show information inputted or outputted through said IC chip; and a curable resin to be infused onto said first printing film.
