Abstract: The present application describes methods, systems, and apparatuses for community-based usage monitoring. An overall service usage, such as an average daily usage for a plurality of subscribers is determined. A service usage for a particular subscriber of the plurality of subscribers is also determined, such as an average daily usage. A metric is determined that indicates a comparison of the service usage to the overall service usage. The metric may be a percentile, standard deviation, or other comparison of the subscriber's usage relative to the overall usage. An indication of the metric is transmitted to a device associated with the first subscriber. Where the subscriber's relative usage exceeds a threshold, an alert is generated flagging the subscriber for action to reduce usage.

A relationship network associated with an entity includes a plurality of network entities. The relationship network is determined, and a number of entity groups within the relationship network are counted. The entity groups have a predetermined number of network entities. An entity is caused to be provided with compensation that is based at least in part on the number of entity groups in the relationship network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include an intelligence engine implemented in accordance with a social commerce network community. The social commerce network community may include members, merchants, third party providers, or other entities that have agreed to participate in a social commerce network system. The intelligence engine is configured to use member information stored in a member profile to match members with a commercial opportunity.

Abstract: Various social feed filtering procedures are described with respect to a social community platform that includes a web service, a feed module, and a feed filtering engine. Social feed members can establish a relevance ranking for each feed item in a group of candidate feed items. The relevance ranking is based on one or more defined social feed criteria. Feed items determined not to be relevant to the social feed criteria can be filtered from the group of candidate feed items, to enable generation of a custom-filtered social feed. Thereafter, the social feed can be presented at a device interface of a computing device. The social feed criteria used to identify the relevance of various feed items may be associated with any of a social community relationship, a social feed topic, member context information, related member interests, or the like.

Abstract: The present application describes methods, systems, and apparatuses for assigning sponsors to a new member of a commerce platform. One or more of a plurality of existing members of the commerce platform with connections to a new member are identified. The social commerce platform is configured to cause display, on a device associated with the new member, a list of the one or more of the plurality of existing members to enable selection of one of the existing members in whose network within the commerce platform the new member will participate. The social commerce platform is configured to select one of the existing members in whose network within the commerce platform the new member will participate based at least on relative strengths of the connections.

Abstract: The present application describes methods, systems, and apparatuses for prequalifying prospective service subscribers for a service, such as a mobile service, an energy service, a cable television service, and so forth. A prequalification engine receives from a client computing device, prequalification information of a potential service subscriber. The prequalification information includes location information of the potential service subscriber, existing equipment or devices of the potential service subscriber, and the like. The prequalification engine determines, based at least on the prequalification information, whether the potential service subscriber qualifies for a service, and transmits, to the client computing device, an indication that the potential service subscriber does or does not qualify for the service.

Abstract: Embodiments describe computing systems and methods for providing directed service activation error resolution to service subscribers. During service activation, a request to port a telephone number from an existing service of a subscriber to a new service of the subscriber is transmitted to a carrier activation service. In response to the request, an error message is received from the carrier activation service that indicates a number port error. Based on the error message, it is determined that the number port error is resolvable, and a user interface is provided to the subscriber that enables the subscriber to cause submission of a corrected request to port the telephone number.

Abstract: Various subscriber acquisition tools for mobile and other services are described. Members' mobile devices include a user interface with a selectable option that causes the display of transaction screens for provision of the new service for a prospective member. The transaction screens are interactive to receive prospective member information for provision of the new service. Member information that is associated with the mobile device is also transmitted to the transaction service. The member information is usable by the transaction service to correlate the provision of the service for the prospective member to an existing member service.
