Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a virtual counseling system in which a user can virtually receive counseling by inputting query information into a system. A virtual counseling system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include an input unit obtaining audio information from a user and generating audio data; a determination unit receiving the audio data through the input unit, determining a type of the audio data, and generating type information on the audio data; and a text data generation unit generating object data by receiving the type information from the determination unit, converting content of the audio data into first text data, and combining the object data and the first text data to generate second text data.
Abstract: Disclosed is a user-customized artificial intelligence (AI) speaker-based personalized service system using voiceprint recognition. The system is used by a small group of users. The system includes a voice recognition device that identifies each user through voice recognition and enables a voice instruction of each user to be executed, and a data processing device interconnected with the voice recognition device. The voice recognition device includes a storage unit that stores speech samples of respective registered users, a receiver that receives a first utterance of a first utterer, a determination unit that determines whether the first utterer is a registered user by comparing the first utterance of the first utterer against the speech samples of the respective registered users stored in the storage unit, and an execution that generates an instruction signal corresponding to a first instruction phrase uttered as a first voice instruction by the first utterer.
Abstract: Disclosed is a voice authentication method through voice recognition and voiceprint recognition by a server. The voice authentication method includes receiving voice information from a user terminal, generating voiceprint information about a user based on the voice information, when a decentralized ID is issued based on a block chain, generating a private key based on the voiceprint information, and generating a public key based on public information of the user, and performing authentication for the user to generate authentication result information when a request for authentication for the user is received from an external device.
