  • Patent number: 10600397
Abstract: A method of generating a musical score file for one or more target musical instruments with a score generation component based on input audio data. The score generation component finds candidate musical notes within the input audio data using a frequency analysis to identify segments that share substantially the same audio frequency, and finds a best match for those candidate musical notes in audio data associated with target musical instruments in a sound database. A generated musical score file can be printed as sheet music or audibly played back over speakers.

  • Patent number: 10597674
Abstract: In the present invention, HPPD polypeptides and plants containing them showing a full tolerance against one or more HPPD inhibitor herbicides belonging to various chemical classes are described. A set of mutant HPPD polypeptides have been designed which have either no or only a significantly reduced affinity to HPPD inhibitor herbicides and, at the same time, the rate of dissociation of the HPPD inhibitors of the mutant HPPD polypeptide is increased to such an extent that the HPPD inhibitors no longer act as slow-binding or slow, tight-binding inhibitors but, instead of this, have become fully reversible inhibitors. In particular, isolated polynucleotides encoding mutant HPPD polypeptides conferring tolerance to HPPD inhibitor herbicides belonging to various chemical classes are provided. Additionally, amino acid sequences corresponding to the polynucleotides are encompassed.

  • Patent number: 10599679
Abstract: Techniques are described for aggregating data generated by multiple platforms of different types. A particular user (e.g., end-user) may interact with multiple individual (e.g., siloed) platforms of different types and/or that support different business purposes or industries. The individual platforms may generate data describing and/or resulting from these interactions. The data may be received, ingested, and processed by a super-platform. The super-platform may generate aggregate data by aggregating the data received from different individual platforms. Data aggregation may be performed on data that is generated by different individual platforms and that is associated with a particular user or multiple users. Aggregation may also be performed on data that is independent of any particular user, such as sensor data that describes an environment in proximity to the platform.

  • Patent number: 10595826
Abstract: A heart rate monitor provides a pulse or heartbeat, but without the on-going or continuous phase signal of ECG and/or with a delay relative to the actual heartbeat. For phase determination in echocardiography, the heartbeat from the heart rate monitor is used to assist in identification of phase from acquired ultrasound data. Rather than relying on just ECG or just image processing, the worn or handheld heart rate monitor is used to simplify the image process-based identification of phase.

  • Patent number: 10599080
Abstract: A fixing device includes a casing, a fixing member, a pressuring member, a pressure adjusting part and a correction biasing part. The fixing member heats a toner image on a medium while rotating inside the casing. The pressuring member forms a pressuring area with the fixing member while rotating inside the casing to pressure a toner on the medium passing through the pressuring area. The pressure adjusting part presses one of the fixing member and the pressuring member to the other to pressurize the pressuring area, and releases pressing of the one to depressurize the pressuring area. The correction biasing part, in a case where a supporting shaft part supporting the other by the casing penetrates the casing, biases both sides in an axial direction of the supporting shaft part extended to the outside of the casing in a similar direction to a pressurizing direction of the pressure adjusting part.

  • Patent number: 10601655
Abstract: A method of dynamically configuring a multiplexer that can support more frequency bands than a traditional multiplexer is disclosed. For example, the reconfigurable multiplexer can handle frequencies of several hundred megahertz up to 10 gigahertz. Further, certain implementations of the method enable the multiplexer to reduce or eliminate frequency dead zones that exist with traditional multiplexers. The reconfigurable multiplexer includes a filter bank capable of supporting a number of frequency bands and a bypass circuit that enables the multiplexer to support a variety of sets of frequencies. For instance, unlike traditional multiplexers, the reconfigurable multiplexer can support both frequency bands with relatively narrow spacing and frequency bands with relatively wide spacing. Further, the inclusion of the bypass circuit enables the reduction or elimination of dead zones between supported frequencies.
