Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for improving the quality of subsequent searches. A request is received from a user to perform a search using the term(s) provided by the user. A search is then performed using the provided term(s). A representation of the search result is depicted as an area (e.g., bubble) with terms of interest displayed outside the area. The area represents a set of documents that were found in the performed search and the terms of interest represent terms that may be of interest to the user based on this set of documents. These terms of interest may be selected by the user to adjust the search result. In this manner, the user is presented with an intuitive view as to how different terms or different searches will have an impact on the search results thereby improving the quality of subsequent searches.
Abstract: A method for generating a vehicle trajectory by optimizing a performance measure J. The trajectory may include a sequence of states x=(xk)k=1N of the vehicle. The optimization is subject to predefined vehicle dynamics xk+1=f(xk, uk), where uk is a control input to the vehicle, and a condition that each position of the vehicle shall be close to a reference path Xr. The vehicle's position is constrained inside a variable-width corridor around the reference path. A quantity r controlling the width of the corridor is included as an additional optimization variable and the performance measure includes a penalty on the corridor width. To define the corridor, each point of the reference path may be associated with a pair of laterally spaced ellipses and requiring each vehicle position to be outside the ellipses.

Abstract: Disclosed are a crosslinked separator for a lithium secondary battery which comprises a crosslinked polyolefin porous substrate including a plurality of fibrils and pores formed by the fibrils entangled with one another, wherein polyolefin chains forming the fibrils are crosslinked directly with one another; and shows a change in tensile strength of 20% or less in the machine direction, as compared to a non-crosslinked separator including a polyolefin porous substrate before crosslinking, and a method for manufacturing the same. The crosslinked separator for a lithium secondary battery has excellent thermal safety, while not adversely affecting the other physical properties.
