Abstract: The present invention is a spinner device adapted for use as a toy or amusement device and in relieving stress. The spinner device preferably includes a plurality of radially extending arms, each arm having a magnetic mass therein and being magnetically mass adjustable. The spinner device preferably includes a magnetically attachable and detachable base device that allows the spinner device to function as a top. The spinner device further preferably includes a magnetically attachable and detachable display stand device that allows the spinner device to be rotated or spun while being displayed.
