Abstract: A medical imaging device includes: a spectroscopic unit configured to spectrally separate light from an outside into first light of a first color as a specific single color, and second light including specific second colors that are different from the first color; a first imaging element configured to include first pixels receiving the first light spectrally separated by the spectroscopic unit and converting the first light into an electrical signal; and a second imaging element configured to include: second pixels arranged with same array and interval as the first pixels of the first imaging element; and a color filter including filters each transmitting one of the second colors, the filters being arranged in accordance with the arrangement of the second pixels, the second imaging element being configured to receive the second light transmitted through the color filter and to convert the second light into an electrical signal.
