  • Patent number: 6932071
Abstract: Typically a limb for an archery bow has a butt section or end attachable to a bow riser, a middle or hinge section and an opposing tip section or end. In a preferred embodiment, the present method and limb includes a rib section formed in the middle or hinge portion of the limb. This allows a narrowed front-profile to be presented in the hinge section, while maintaining the total cross-sectional area. In one preferred method, at least one half of a mold is formed to define a rib section in the hinge section of the limb. Preferably the rib section runs longitudinally along the length of the hinge section, and may include a tapered profile along the edges and ends of the rib.

  • Patent number: 6916258
Abstract: In preferred features, table tennis tables of the present invention include a caster base assembly which improves the ease of use and stability of the table tennis table. Preferably the table includes two caster base members adjacent opposing sides of the table. Each caster base member is preferably formed from a substantially horizontal elongate piece, preferably tubular, having two opposing end portions and a middle portion. Extending downward and mounted adjacent each opposing end is a caster which typically rests upon a support surface. The middle portion of the base member preferably has a lower height than the opposing end portions. When the table is assembled, the leg structure for a table portion of the table tennis table is attached to the base member adjacent an end portion. A cross-member may optionally be attached between the base members.

  • Patent number: 6845765
Abstract: Preferred embodiments of the present invention provide a quiver assembly, bow and method for dampening vibrations. Quiver assemblies useable with the present invention are often of conventional types mounted to various types of archery bows to hold one or more arrows in a convenient, portable location for the archer. These quiver assemblies can be used with various types of compound or recurve bows conventionally known in the industry. In a preferred feature, the present assembly provides one or more dampeners for reducing vibrations imparted to the quiver assembly and the overall bow construct. In a preferred embodiment, one or more dampeners are associated with the frame of the quiver assembly, and preferably are in floating engagement with the frame.
