Abstract: In a pallet, in particular for the carrying of vehicle tires comprising a bottom part and two opposite side parts, which are attached perpendicularly to the bottom part to form together with the bottom part a tire-receiving region, and in which tire supporting members are provided in the tire-receiving region, provision is made for a vertically extending introduction slot freely accessible from above in at least one of the side parts, in particular for a tire handling device. This introduction slot allows without problem a deep lowering of rod-like tire handling devices which extend transversely above the side parts.
Abstract: A pneumatic vehicle tire with a radial carcass and a breaker reinforcement layer comprising a plurality of bandage strips each of which extend in the peripheral direction of the tire and which are differently overlapped when considered over the width of the breaker. The strips are preferably formed by a continuous winding of a single strip and may be combined with a conventional breaker ply.
Abstract: A radial tire is described having at least one band which extends in the circumferential direction of the tire and which at least regionally surrounds a breaker arrangement, with the ends of the band overlapping each other, in which the band consists of several individual strips the length of which is preferably so selected that the length of the overlap of the individual strip ends in the finished tire is at least substantially the same.
