Patent number: 9969205Abstract: A pressure fluctuation buffering mechanism includes a buffer space connected to a brush via a paint flow space (a paint tank and a paint feeder) through which paint flows. The pressure fluctuation buffering mechanism buffers pressure fluctuations in the paint tank by the flow of paint and air between the paint flow space and the buffer space. The pressure fluctuation buffering mechanism includes a first buffer space forming member for forming a first buffer space in the buffer space, and a second buffer space forming member for forming a second buffer space in the buffer space. The paint between the first buffer space and the paint flow space flows more easily than the paint between the second buffer space and the paint flow space.Type: GrantFiled: September 30, 2014Date of Patent: May 15, 2018Assignees: CHEMICOS CREATIONS LTD., V SPARK CO., LTD.Inventor: Masayuki Kawasaki

Patent number: 9796207Abstract: A writing instrument 2 includes a pen tip mechanism 20, an ink tank 40, an ink induction mechanism 50, and a regulator mechanism 60. The ink tank 40 includes first and second ink tanks 40A and 40B. The pen tip mechanism 20 includes first and second pen tips 20A and 20B. The ink induction mechanism 50 includes first and second induction cores 50A and 50B. A regulator flow path set around the first induction core 50A and the second induction core 50B is partitioned into first and second regulator flow paths by the regulator mechanism 60. The first and second regulator flow paths are temporary accommodation spaces of inks and circulation spaces for sending air from the induction cores 50A and 50B to the ink tanks 40A and 40B.Type: GrantFiled: June 4, 2013Date of Patent: October 24, 2017Assignee: V SPARK CO., LTD.Inventor: Masayuki Kawasaki

Publication number: 20100264027Abstract: A gas sensor including a gas sensor element configured by laminating three or more ceramic layers and having an electrode pad disposed on an outer surface thereof and penetrating holes extending in a laminating direction through two or more of the ceramic layers disposed between an inner conductor and the electrode pad. The gas sensor element has a conductive path formed therein which passes through the penetrating holes formed in different respective ones of the ceramic layers and electrically connects the inner conductor and the electrode pad. Further, the conductive pad is a type 1 conductive path which passes through a plurality of the penetrating holes disposed so as not to overlie one another as viewed from the laminating direction.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 15, 2010Publication date: October 21, 2010Applicant: NGK SPARK CO., LTD.Inventors: Masaki NAKAGAWA, Tomohiro WAKAZONO, Seiji OYA

Patent number: 5759935Abstract: Powders of BaCO.sub.3, TiO.sub.2, ZnO, etc. are mixed to each other at a predetermined ratio of quantity, calcined in an atmospheric air at 90.degree.-120.degree. C., and pulverized to obtain a calcined powder having an average grain size from 1 to 3 .mu. m. 0.1 to 20 parts-by weight of a powder having an average grain size from 0.1 to 1.5 .mu.m comprising a glass having a transition point of not higher than 450.degree. C. obtained by mixing powders of Pb.sub.3 O.sub.4, SiO.sub.2, Na.sub.2 O, etc. to each other, melting and then pouring into water and pulverizing the thus obtained glass is admixed to the calcined powder. The mixture is dried, pelleted by adding a resin and the pellet powder is molded into a cylindrical shape, applied with CIP (Cold isotactic press), and the molding product after the treatment is sintered in an atmospheric air at 850.degree. to 1000.degree. C. to obtain a dielectric ceramic sintered at low temperature.Type: GrantFiled: March 14, 1996Date of Patent: June 2, 1998Assignee: NGK Spark Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hidetoshi Mizutani, Masahiko Okuyama, Noritaka Yoshida, Hirofumi Ozeki, Hiroshi Katagiri
