Abstract: A holder (101) for a mobile electronic device includes a case portion (102), a connection member (107), and a handle (106). The case portion is configured for holding the mobile electronic device. The handle is rotatable about the connection member. The connection member includes a first flange (112) on a first side of the connection member and a second flange (113) on a second side of the connection member opposite the first side of the connection member. The first flange is spaced from the second flange such that a first portion of the handle is held in an axial position relative to the case portion by the combination of and between the first flange and the second flange. The connection member is a single body. An entirety of the connection member is removable from the rest of the holder through the handle.

Abstract: A wallet kit for a mobile electronic device or a mobile electronic device case. The wallet kit includes a wallet with a housing defined by walls of the housing. A wallet pocket configured to hold a card is formed by the walls. A wallet opening is formed in one of the walls and is configured to accept insertion of the card into the wallet pocket. Abstract: A foldable case is configured for removably receiving a separate and distinct mobile electronic device having a front device surface, a rear device surface opposite the front device surface, and a periphery extending between the front device surface and the rear device surface. The case includes first and second cover members and opposing hinge members. The first and second cover members include respective first and second rear walls, respective first and second peripheral rims, and respective first and second sidewalls extending between the respective rear walls and the respective peripheral rims and thereby define respective first and second recesses configured for receiving respective first and second portions of the device. The exterior hard shell part is formed to fit the device closely with a small offset from the devices surface. The exterior hard shell raps around the edges of the device. To allow the shell to be able to be mounted on the device the corners of the hard shell are cut open. This allows each sidewall to flex away when a device is inserted and snap back once it is in place. The elastomeric material fills in the gaps created at the corners of the exterior hard shell to allow flex for mounting.

Abstract: A case for a portable electronic device such as cell phones, cameras, MP3 players and PDAs wherein said case includes material at the corners to provide protection to the electronic device. To reduce bulk at the corners and allow the material forming the case to conform with the contours of the device, the protection at the corners includes strips of material defining apertures there between. The apertures provide reduction in bulk and allow the case to conform to the corners of the device therein. Alternately, the protection at the corners can be provided by other structures co-molded into the corners of the cases. Such structures include material that is of a reduced thickness than other material used in the case, or structures that are formed to conform to the corners of the case. Such structures can be joined to the material forming the panels of the case by co-molding.
