Abstract: A multiple mode fishing lure that includes a main body portion having a waterproof inner capsule, the waterproof inner capsule containing an electronic circuit to produce sounds which mimic bait fish. The electronic circuit includes a controller having pre-recorded bait fish sounds replaceably stored thereon and operationally coupled to a speaker to broadcast the bait fish sounds, a power source for providing power to the components of the electronic circuit, and a plurality of electrodes, wherein each electrode can be actuated, and wherein actuation of at least one of the plurality of electrodes gives an operational result. The multiple mode fishing lure further includes at least one hook coupled to the main body.

Abstract: A lure for attracting aquatic life comprises a submersible main body portion that defines a watertight interior volume. A removable internal sound cartridge disposed within the interior volume provides a synthetic sound for attracting aquatic life. The removable internal sound cartridge may be exchanged for a second removable internal sound cartridge to provide a second synthetic sound for attracting aquatic life. A speaker operably is coupled to the removable internal sound cartridge and configured to emit the synthetic sound for attracting aquatic life.

Abstract: An improved lure for attracting aquatic life, specifically crabs, that utilizes interchangeable sound cartridges. The improved lure utilizes a fully submersible portable unit that hoses all sound production components, including a speaker, and a power source. The improved lure may be configured for activation in low-light settings and for use in connection with traps.

Abstract: An automated fish culling system which includes a base station which includes a processor and base station display for displaying information corresponding to a plurality of cull tags, the base station display being communicably coupled to the processor. Each of the plurality of cull tags are configured to be associated with a fish and includes cull tag display for identifying the cull tag. The system further includes a memory for storing data that includes information associated with the fish, the information comprising a fish weight, wherein the processor determines which fish to cull based on at least the fish weight associated with each fish, and indicates which fish to cull via at least the base station display.
