    Abstract: A process is described for dewatering a water-containing material by mixing sphagnum plants into the material as a structural element, and that the mixture thereafter is subjected to a drying process. By mixing sphagnum plant into to such water-containing materials, and thereafter by dewatering the material, traditional processing methods such as composting and incineration of such materials will be much improved.
