  • Patent number: 11808295
Abstract: A fixing device has two threaded rings (10, 12), and aa membrane (14) held between them that is an integral part of this pair of rings (10, 12) and is kept at a distance from the rings (10, 12) by introduced slots (16, 18, 24, 26), rectilinear in a unmounted state. The slots open to the outside. By resting against only partially annularly extending webs (20, 22) and having a clamping bolt (30) usable to adjust the axial distance between the and passing through the membrane (14) between two adjacent webs (20, 22), in the unmounted state the membrane is oriented in an undeformed manner in parallel to the rings (10, 12) and in a mounted state it is moved between the webs (20, 22) in a deformed state in the direction of at least one of the rings to at least partially form a slanted or arc course, as soon as the distance (a) between a pair (10, 12) of rings (10, 12) is reduced by the clamping bolt. The clamping bolt (30) passes through adjacent slots (16, 18, 24, 26) separated from the membrane (14).

  • Patent number: 10400811
Abstract: A machine element includes individual ring components (10, 12) fastenable to third components, such as axles, shafts, or hubs. One ring component can be actuated toward another ring component in an advancing motion by an adjusting device (18) in an axial direction (Y). An angled force application to the one ring component (10) in a tilted direction (24) that deviates from the axial advancing direction (Y) occurs by the adjusting device (18) for the advancing motion. The ring component that is exposed to the angled force application follows the tilted direction by a contact surface (30) for the contact with the adjusting device (18). In a thread-free segment of the adjusting device (18), the adjusting device has a titled control surface (32). The adjusting device then follows the contact surface (30) with its tilted direction (24) when the adjusting device (18) is actuated.

  • Patent number: 10087976
Abstract: A machine element has individual ring components (10, 12) fixable to third components such as axles, hubs or shafts by internal and/or external threads. One ring component (10) can be moved in an axial direction relative to another ring component (12), by clamping screws (18). The two ring components (10, 12) are independent components that delimit a separation space (22) with their adjacent mutually facing end-faces. The separation space opens on all sides to the surroundings. Only the clamping screws (18) of the adjusting device pass through the separation space (22).

  • Patent number: 9581423
Abstract: A method for measuring a three-dimension object (10, 10a, 10a?, 10h), includes the stationary fixing of the object to a holder (12) rotatable about an axis of rotation (R). At least one surface (22, 22?, 24, 26, 26a?, 28, 28a) of the object is scanned by a probe (20). The object is rotated about the axis of rotation, and the holder and the probe are moved relative to one another. The holder and the probe are moved linearly relative to one another along a translation axis (T) enclosing an acute angle, with the axis of rotation of the holder and spans a plane within which the probe can be moved.

  • Publication number: 20160327084
Abstract: The invention relates to a machine element, comprising individual ring components (10, 12), which can be fastened to third components, such as axles, shafts, or hubs, of which at least one ring component can be actuated toward at least one further ring component in an advancing motion by means of an adjusting device (18) as viewed in an axial direction (Y), wherein an angled force application to at least one of the ring components (10) in a tilted direction (24) that deviates from the axial advancing direction (Y) occurs by means of the adjusting device (18) for the advancing motion, and wherein the ring component that is exposed to the angled force application follows the tilted direction by means of at least part of a contact surface (30) for the contact with the adjusting device (18).

  • Patent number: 7182564
Abstract: A threaded ring has a single-piece body provided with an internal screw thread and two parts (1 and 3). The first part forms an adjusting ring having an end face (11) located in a radial plane. The second part (3) forms a retaining ring connected to the first part (1) of the body by an elastically flexible wall part (29) of the body forming a gap (15) between the two parts of the body (1 and 3). An actuating device (31) permits the geometry of the gap (15) to be adjusted due to the elastic flexibility of the wall element (29). The second part (3) of the body, used as a retaining ring, has a peripheral region (21) for the formation of the elastically flexible wall element (29), and has a smaller outer diameter than the first part (1). The outer diameter of the peripheral region is located on a smaller radius than the radially outer end (17) of the gap (15). The outer end of the gap, in turn, is located on a smaller radius than the periphery (19) of the first part (1) of the body.

  • Patent number: 4043692
Abstract: A collar for axially clamping tools, spacers and the like on a shaft having a smooth portion and a threaded end portion includes an internally threaded attachment ring to fit on the threaded end of the shaft, an adjustment ring adjacent the members to be clamped and tightening screws threaded through the attachment ring and abutting the adjustment ring to axially urge the latter against the clamped members. The attachment and adjustment rings are interconnected by annular flexible connecting portions and an intermediate ring through which the screws freely pass. A second embodiment includes a second intermediate ring and additional connecting portion. A third embodiment includes an outer ring and clamping screws to urge the outer and attachment rings together to improve the grip of the collar on the threaded end of the shaft.
