  • Patent number: 7513970
Abstract: A method for fabrication of a bent reinforcing rod in a composite material is described, where the reinforcing rod is composed of longitudinal fibers and a sheathing layer of fibers or foil, comprising the steps: to moisten fiber thread with a binding agent, to reel the moistened fiber thread to a bundle with a closed, approximately circular shape, consisting of a layer of longitudinal, parallel fibers of a desired thickness, whereby all the fibers in the layer obtain an approximately equal axial tightening, and to envelope an outer layer of fiber threads, and/or foil, or other suitable material, around the layer of longitudinal fibers, and that the fabricated blank is given a final form in a second forming process. The invention also relates to a device (10) for carrying out the method.

  • Patent number: 5983569
Abstract: A turnable window arrangement has a window sash to be rotated about a horizontal axis through approximately 180.degree. relative to a window frame. The window frame is provided with a separately removable screen secured to the frame in a position inside the swinging path of the sash. A regulating arm is arranged to pass through the window frame in order to effect the opening and closing operations of the window sash. A separate lock element is used to lock the regulating arm and thus the sash, in any preselected position relative to the window frame between completely closed and opened venting positions.

  • Patent number: 5444942
Abstract: A side-hinged, 180 degrees rotatable window, having a window casement which is pivotably mounted about a first vertical axis and about a second vertical axis relative to a window frame. The window casement is supported hanging at its one upper corner via a head portion (27) on a pivot pin (26) in a carriage (25), which is displaceable in a horizontal guide (16) in the window frame. The window casement is pivotably mounted at its center axis at the one end of an upper and a lower support or pivot arm, the opposite end of which is pivotably mounted about a third vertical axis in the window frame. The carriage (25) is designed with a part-spherical seat (25') for an equivalent part spherical portion of the support head (27) of the first pivot pin.
