Abstract: Various arrangements for offering vehicle parking are presented. Utilization data and interest data regarding a parking space of a parking facility may be tracked and stored. An amount of time the parking space of the parking facility has been used based on the utilization data stored about the parking space. An amount of interest in the parking space may be determined based on the interest data. In accordance with a set of defined rules, a price for the parking space may be determined based at least on the amount of time and the interest. The parking space may be offered to a customer at the determined price.

Abstract: Various arrangements for managing one or more parking facilities using a parking management server are presented. The parking management server may permit day users, lessees, parking facility managers, and group tenants (e.g., entities renting groups of parking spaces) to lease, reserve, and manage parking spaces within parking facilities. User accounts maintained by the parking management server may permit parking fees to be paid remotely by users such that payment is not required to be made at a parking facility. Further, a user's vehicle may be identified using license plate recognition, such that additional hardware does not need to be added to a vehicle for a user account to be established.
