Abstract: The invention of the present disclosure may be lower extremity training system comprising a plate comprising an upper surface and a lower surface, a hook orthogonal to the upper surface, a strap reversibly coupled to the hook, and a belt reversibly coupled to the strap, wherein the strap includes a fixed length, and wherein a pull force, originating at the belt, exerted away from the upper surface induces one or more push forces towards the upper surface. A lower extremity testing system may further comprise one or more force sensors configured to capture and determine the magnitude of the one or more push forces.

Abstract: A training apparatus for baseball training includes a base and training attachments that may be attached to the base to allow a user to practice a variety of training techniques. The base may be modular so that it has an adjustable width and disassembles into separate components. At least one training attachment is designed to train a batter to properly incorporate thrust into a swinging motion when swinging a baseball bat. The attachment has a pivotally mounted member with a contact element attached to the top end of the member. The member pivots forward and downward when the user's knee contacts the contact element when properly executing a swinging motion. Thus, the training attachment provides direct and immediate feedback to the user regarding the user's batting form. Other training attachments may be used for hitting balls and for pitching to targets strategically placed around a strike zone.

The training net has a storage sleeve affixed to an upper end, wherein the storage sleeve includes a plurality of upper grommets at an upper end and a plurality of lower grommets at a lower end. The training net further includes a plurality of hook and strap fasteners, with each comprising of a strap secured to a structural member of a garage door and a hook for catching the plurality of upper and lower grommets. The training net has a training configuration and a storage configuration. In the training configuration, the hooks are received by the plurality of upper grommets and the net is vertically suspended form the garage door. In the storage configuration, the plurality of upper grommets remains suspended from the hooks, the net is enfolded in the storage sleeve, and the plurality of lower grommets is secured by the hooks.

The damper cartridge assembly includes a high pressure chamber, a low pressure chamber, and a piston. The piston includes a first piston orifice, a second piston orifice, a second spring, and a poppet which includes a poppet orifice. The second spring applies a biasing force on the poppet. Fluid may flow from the high pressure chamber through the poppet orifice and through the first piston orifice into the low pressure chamber when the pressure of the fluid in the high pressure chamber is between a first pressure and a second pressure. When the pressure increases above the second pressure, the poppet compresses the second spring to self-regulate the pressure in the high pressure chamber.

Abstract: A system and method for sports training utilizing a drill tower apparatus. The drill tower is collapsible and light weight. The tower can be stood on an end to form a tower structure, or may be placed on its side for use in numerous training drills. The tower can be used as an obstacle or as a stand for holding a ball or other sports-related object. The towers may also feature a weighted ring for holding the towers in place during drills. The towers are collapsible and easily transportable, by folding the towers into a collapsed position and placing the towers into a portable bag with multiple weight rings.

Abstract: A wipe to stimulate a person. The wipe is permeated with a smelling salt solution. The smelling salt solution delivers an effective amount of ammonium gas to stimulate the respiratory system of the person. The smelling salt solution delivers an effective amount of alcohol to provide a cooling sensation on the skin. The wipe is contained in a container impermeably to prevent evaporation of the smelling salt solution and to delay transformation of the smelling salts solution to ammonium gas until the container may be opened by the person. Other embodiments and uses are disclosed.
