Abstract: Disclosed is an ice hockey ball-controlling skill training device, which comprises a plurality of cross members hinged end to end, and the connecting ends of adjacent two cross members are provided with fixing components for connecting and fixing; the training device also compromises a ball, LED lighting components, and induction components, the induction component compromises a plurality of Hall elements and electromagnetic induction elements, a plurality of Hall elements are respectively arranged on a plurality of cross members, the electromagnetic induction elements are arranged in the ball; when the ball passes under the cross member, the electromagnetic induction elements can triggers induction with Hall elements. During the training process, when the ball passes under the cross member, the electromagnetic induction element can trigger induction with the Hall element. Compared with the ball control device in the prior art, the device has more accurate induction.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a sports apparatus (100). The sports apparatus (100) comprises: a ball holder (102); and a motor (110) arranged to rotate said ball holder (102); wherein an axis of rotation of a drive of the motor (110) is offset from the axis of rotation of the ball holder (102). The sports apparatus (100) is used for practicing football kicking skills.

Abstract: Disclosed is a reciprocating-hit treatment instrument including a body having a reciprocating mechanism, wherein the body includes a main handle portion at the lower portion, a sub-handle portion at the upper portion, a base portion extruding from one side of the connection portion between the main handle portion and the sub-handle portion on the body, a reciprocating rod with the front end extending out from the base portion while the rear end fixedly connected with the reciprocating mechanism and able to perform a reciprocating motion in the direction of its own length under the driven by the reciprocating mechanism, and a treatment ball connected with the front end of the reciprocating rod; the main handle portion, the sub-handle portion, and the base portion are integrally connected, and the main handle portion and the sub-handle portion are connected with each other in the shape of a bar.

Abstract: A method for treating certain patients with walking impediments, such as stroke patents, are trained to walk more effectively by providing audio signals to them to reinforce them when they are walking properly, or to warn them to take remedial action when they are walking improperly. Sensors in an insert or shoe sense distribution of weight and foot strikes against a ground surface while walking, and an IMU senses foot movement. Outputs from these devices are analyzed by a processing system to detect when the patient is walking with an impediment, such as one that may cause stumbling and/or falling, and an audio warning is provided so the patient can train himself/herself to walk more properly. Such a device may also be used by a clinician to analyze foot problems in a rehabilitation setting, and devise a treatment protocol for the patient outside a rehabilitation setting.

Abstract: A method for safety and/or training with an elongated item of sporting equipment has an electronic sports device affixed a gripping end of the sports device such that the sports device and the gripping end move together. The sports device emits first audible signal upon a first rotation of the sports device in a first rotational direction about a longitudinal axis of the equipment and the sports device emits a second audible signal upon a rotation of the sports device in a second, opposite, rotational direction about the longitudinal axis. This informs a user that the equipment is being undesirably rotated during a swinging motion of the equipment through an arc appropriate to the sport associated with the equipment. The user can adjust the next swing in response to hearing such signals. The sports device may also emit a motion signal to warn others that the equipment is in motion.

Abstract: Method and system for providing information which may be used in games for judging the game according to the rules of the game and/or increasing the benefit of the viewer and observer of a reportage by provided statistics and/or visualization of events on e.g. sport arenas and utilization of the information. The system includes a local position system including at least three transmitter units (1) for transmitting of GPS-like signals, mobile units (3) for receiving of the GPS-like signals. At least one mobile unit (3) is mounted on the sport performer and/or sport equipment. The mobile units (3) include a data processor (8) for processing the GPS-like signals in known ways to provide position parameters.

Abstract: A portable return net device for receiving, arresting and returning a ball to a central collection point for pitched, thrown or batted balls in a ball practice system. The return net apparatus comprises; a net supporting frame, a net for receiving a projected ball, an inclined collection tray operatively associated with the net, and an exit chute, wherein the net is hung untensioned on the supporting frame, on the diagonal, and wherein flaps extending transversely across the base of the hanging net are pivotally connected thereto. The net absorbs the impact of a ball in conjunction with the flaps which trap a ball impacting a tensile zone of the net. The tensile zone comprises that portion of the hanging net below which there is insufficient net weight to arrest a ball in a triangular portion of the net below the point of impact. The arrested ball is conveyed by the collection tray to the exit chute for reuse.

Abstract: An apparatus for providing a laser alignment golf training aid uses a single-pivot mounting clamp for easy installation and improved accuracy. A support bar is pivotally mounted directly to the single-pivot mounting clamp and a unitary element is used to clamp a laser aiming device to the support bar. There are no interfaces or fasteners between the support bar interface and the aiming device interface of the unitary element to further eliminate sources of inaccuracy. The device uses a hollow support bar and alloy fastening elements to reduce weight.
