Abstract: A spring setting device (30) comprises a setting guide (31; 40) configured to receive a spring, an abutment member (32; 50) positioned adjacent to the setting guide (31; 40) and configured to abuttingly engage the spring, and a pusher (35; 71) which is configured to displace the spring along the setting guide (31; 40) and to compress the spring against the abutment member (32; 50). The abutment member (32; 50) may be rotatably mounted.
Abstract: An apparatus for transferring springs to a spring conveyor comprises a transfer device and an output device. The transfer device is mounted such that it can be moved between a plurality of positions in which the transfer device is respectively configured to receive a spring, and is configured to transport a received spring during movement of the transfer device between the plurality of positions. The output device is configured to selectively output the spring received by the transfer device from the transfer device at one of plural output positions, wherein the plural output positions are pairwise different.
Abstract: Device for transferring springs to an assembly machine, wherein the sprints to be transferred are retained in a guide device wherein for the transfer of the springs sliders are provided engaging at the end winds of the springs.
Abstract: Described is an electronically regulated coiling apparatus for mattress and upholstery springs comprising essentially a wire draw-in, a wire guidance, a cutting device and a bending device for a wire to be processed, and due to short drive trains equipped with few transfer elements, in particular for the bending device, improved torsional rigidity and flexural strength of the particular drive train is attained. The electronically regulated servomotors used according to the invention can therefore transfer their movement directly onto the bending tools and the drive rollers by interconnecting few transfer elements. This permits bending a wire with decreased tolerances into a corresponding spring.
Abstract: Described is a spring core for a mattress, consisting of a multiplicity of identically shaped spiral springs with in each case two end rings lying diametrically opposite each other, which change to a spring coil part arranged centered between them, whereby the end rings are shaped approximately circular and consist essentially of two assembly legs, one transition leg and one additional leg and are opened on one side, whereby the leg lying opposite the respective open side of the upper or lower end ring is bent radially outward with respect to the longitudinal axis of the spring.
