Abstract: Systems and methods are described that provide a backend micro-code architecture and a front-end user agent. For example, the user agent may accept an instruction that contains one or more components of an opcode. The backend system may receive the instruction and provide it to a bifurcated process. The first part of the process can decode the instruction and execute a series of search queries that correspond with the instruction. The second part of the process can receive the search results, create a data model/script that can be read by the user agent, and return/embed the data model/script to the user agent. The user agent may search the data model locally at the user device to reduce the number of electronic communications between the backend and front-end. The user agent can enable the user to dynamically create a new search by selecting different combination of the five components of an opcode.
Abstract: A method and computing apparatus for determining shareholder identifiers associated with the significant event occurrence a is described. The method and computing apparatus determines a significant event occurrence associated with a change in a daily closing share count, obtains shareholder records associated with the significant event occurrence, and identifies at least one reference record for each obtained shareholder record based on a share count range and a custodian identifier.

Abstract: A method and computing apparatus for determining a probabilistic threshold event is described. The method and computing apparatus obtains shareholder records, reference records, and custodian records, processes the records, and uses a classifier with a threshold to determine when a probabilistic event has occurred.

Abstract: A method and computing apparatus for determining a likelihood of custodian accuracy specifying whether a custodian of shares of a security associated with the shareholder records is accurate is described. The method and computing apparatus obtains shareholder records associated with transactions on a secondary market of a security, and upon determining that the likelihood of custodian accuracy is low, determines at least one new custodian of shares of the security corresponding to the shareholder records of the shareholder identifier.

Abstract: Systems and methods for computational shelf forecasting are described. This may include receiving, by a computational action system, a network document associated with a corporate entity; initiating a data parsing process on the network document to determine official corporate filing data associated with the corporate entity; using the official corporate filing data associated with the corporate entity, determining a target stock price associated with a subset of shelf availability and a corresponding date of the target stock price; receiving, by the computational action system via a user interaction at a user interface, future data associated with the corporate entity; adjusting one or more shelf statuses using the future data; and providing a forecast action based on the one or more shelf statuses.
