    Abstract: Disclosed is a multilayer oxygen barrier film with improved hot water resistance that includes a substrate film layer 100, an oxygen barrier layer 300, and an adhesive layer 200 formed between the substrate film layer and the oxygen barrier layer, where the oxygen barrier layer 300 includes polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) and silane, the silane having at least one epoxy group. The multilayer oxygen barrier film is very ecofriendly and capable of maintaining good oxygen barrier when in contact with hot water for long time.
