Abstract: A method of installing a dental prosthesis that includes having a practitioner install at least one narrow implant and at least one standard implant into a subject's bone, where the narrow implant has a narrow implant abutment that is exposed after installation, and the standard implant has a standard implant abutment exposed after installation. The practitioner places a narrow implant housing over each narrow implant abutment, and places a standard implant housing over each standard implant abutment. The practitioner flows a resin within a channel located within a dental prosthesis and places the dental prosthesis over each narrow implant housing and each standard implant housing such that the resin surrounds each narrow implant housing and each standard implant housing. Once the resin cures, each narrow implant housing and each standard implant housing is fixed within the resin and the resin is fixed within the dental prosthesis.
