Temporary help applicants are screened and their particular skills matched to client job orders, allowing clients to access the system directly. The system monitors jobs in progress, schedules work, and trains temporary help workers. The system also allows for "stacking jobs" to provide an incentive to temporary help workers to remain employed by a single temporary help business.
