Abstract: A system and method for facilitating the negotiation of credits. The bank issuing the credit and a nominated bank agree to program conditions pursuant to which the nominated bank, based upon its own examination of documents presented under the credit and before said documents are forwarded to, received, and accepted by the issuing bank, will pay, accept, or negotiate the credit with no or limited recourse to the issuing bank for discrepancies in the documents.

Abstract: The present invention discloses systems and methods for monitoring, analyzing and reporting additions or changes to network software applications. The invention is achieved through a fully or partially automated system which allows for more accurate reporting and processing of metric data. Abstract: Systems and methods utilizing a portal on a single computer platform for improving risk assessment and business reporting are disclosed. The portal integrates at least two financial information resources such as, for example, an electronic credit report (eCR) database, an electronic know your customer (eKYC) database, a client business management information system, and a customer profitability system large area network. The eCR database includes a link to an exposure database, a credit rating database, and/or an intelligence database. The eKYC database includes an anti-money laundering scoring module, and/or a standard KYC form or an enhanced KYC form.

Abstract: A method for monitoring financial accounts to determine the possibility of money laundering and other attempts at fraud includes monitoring the financial accounts owned by a person or entity. Data regarding withdrawals and deposits are extracted from a computer database and analyzed. The analysis includes determining the amount of time between a large deposit and the withdrawal (in one or more transactions) of a large portion of the deposit. A further analysis may include determining the amount of time between a large withdrawal and the time of the earliest deposit, wherein multiple deposits may be combined. Using the above-described data, accounts that are more likely to be used for money laundering and other fraudulent activities.
