  • Patent number: 11698216
Abstract: A refrigeration system including a storage chamber configured to store a product at a predetermined temperature. The storage chamber is defined by an inner wall. The inner wall at least partially defines an air plenum. The inner wall includes an opening wall surface, a floor surface, a rear wall surface and a ceiling wall surface. The system also includes a refrigerant circuit including a compressor, a condenser, a condenser fan, an evaporator and an evaporator fan arranged and disposed in an operable configuration to provide refrigeration to the storage chamber. The air plenum includes a conduit arranged and disposed to convey air from an air inlet across the evaporator and into a discharge chamber and out an air outlet. The air outlet is configured to discharge cooled air in a direction toward the opening wall surface.

  • Patent number: 11370013
Abstract: Method of manufacturing of components used in the field of aviation aircraft and, specifically, an aircraft engine nacelle lipskin. Instead of spinning flat plates, this method uses spinning a cylinder, thus eliminating waste material. It also eliminates the need for rivet lines which results in better laminar flow. Further, there is a reduction of other costs in addition to reducing drag.

  • Patent number: 11125488
Abstract: Defrosting refrigeration equipment meeting the strict requirements for storage of vaccines provided by the Center for Disease Control, California Vaccine for Children, American Academy of Pediatrics, Vaccines for Children (VFC) and the North Dakota Department of Health among others. Vaccine refrigeration storage must maintain consistent temperatures between ?58 degrees Fahrenheit and 5 degrees Fahrenheit. The invention utilizes temperature variation moderating heat reservoirs consisting of high specific or latent heat capacity materials to significantly reduce the cycle temperature variation while maintaining the ability to successfully defrost the freezer.

  • Patent number: 10878987
Abstract: A gapped resonant current transformer that has a pre-determined gap in a split-core. The invention eliminates the need for a magnetic flux shunt between the primary and secondary windings. Further, the sensitivity to the clamping force holding the two halves of the split-core is reduced as well as temperature effects on the core. Finally, excess heat is removed from overload (saturation) by circulating power back into the line.

  • Patent number: 9962663
Abstract: A quick disconnect pump assembly is disclosed. The pump assembly includes a housing with inlet and outlet ports, an elongate slot, and a retainer channel. A sliding lock moves within the slot between a locked position and an unlocked position. The sliding lock includes inlet and outlet port openings and a sliding lock retainer opening. The inlet and outlet port openings each engage and retain a removable fitting when the sliding lock is in the locked position, but do not engage or retain the removable fitting when the sliding lock is in the unlocked position. The pump assembly also includes a sliding lock retainer which passes through the sliding lock retainer opening to prevent removal of the sliding lock from the elongate slot. A fluid pump and a beverage dispenser utilizing the pump assembly are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 9919909
Abstract: A beverage syrup pump system is disclosed including a pump housing having an internal pumping chamber, a pump motor, and a pumping mechanism driven by the motor within the pumping chamber. The pumping mechanism receives a syrup fluid at a first pressure and discharges the fluid at a second pressure which is greater than the first pressure. A pressure transducer adjacent a sensor port and in contact with a quantity of the fluid at the second pressure generates an electrical signal based upon the second pressure. A programmable micro controller receives the electrical signal from the pressure transducer and is capable of starting and stopping the pump motor. The micro controller will immediately stop the pump motor if the second pressure exceeds a predetermined maximum pressure level. The micro controller will also stop the pump motor if the second pressure falls and remains below a predetermined minimum pressure level for a predetermined first time interval.
