Abstract: The present disclosure concerns a fire spread-limiting assembly comprising a heat resistant covering; and a cooling fluid circulation assembly comprising: a cooling fluid source integrated to the heat resistant covering, one or more flexible fluid lines being part of the heat resistant covering, and a pump fluidly connected to said one or more flexible fluid lines and to the cooling fluid source and configured to circulate the cooling fluid within said one or more flexible fluid lines upon actuation. There is also disclosed a method for limiting a spread of a fire.
Abstract: A storage bag including a film sheet is provided. The film sheet defines a first chamber, a second chamber located adjacent the first chamber; and a releasable seal preventing fluid communication between the first chamber and the second chamber. The releasable seal may be configured to release when an internal temperature within either the first chamber or the second chamber exceeds a temperature threshold or an internal pressure within either the first chamber or the second chamber exceeds a pressure threshold.
Abstract: A scan rate converter utilizing a discrete differential coding system as disclosed. The scan rate converter converts input FSTV and SSTV video information into discrete differential coded signals and stores these signals in a high speed memory. The stored video information is read out of the high speed memory at both a fast scan and a slow scan rate and is reconverted into respective FFST and SSTV output signals.
