  • Patent number: 11676226
Abstract: A home cost analysis server for executing a customized home search may include a processor programmed to define a user's budget constraint and a level of flexibility thereof, including a threshold difference from the budget constraint, retrieve a list of homes and public listing information associated with each home, and determine a monthly cost associated with each home. The processor may also isolate a first subset of homes having a monthly cost that satisfies the budget constraint, and a second subset of homes having a monthly cost within the threshold difference of the budget constraint, and display the first and second subsets along with respective first and second graphical indicators, as well as a third graphical indicator of a first adjustable expense data element, the third graphical indicator recommending reducing the first adjustable data element to move at least one first home from the second subset into the first subset.

  • Patent number: 10824415
Abstract: Methods and systems for monitoring use, determining risk, and pricing insurance policies for a vehicle having autonomous or semi-autonomous operation features are provided. In certain aspects, with the customer's permission, a computer-implemented method for updating an autonomous operation feature may be provided. An indication of a software update associated with the autonomous operation feature may be received, and several autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicles having the feature may be identified. The update may be installed within the several vehicles, such as via wireless communication. Also, a change in a risk level associated with the update to the autonomous operation feature may be determined, and an insurance discount may be determined or adjusted.

  • Patent number: 8977033
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media are disclosed for determining a pixel-to-length ratio between a number of pixels disposed over a predetermined length of a reference object within an image of a siding sample and the predetermined length of the reference object. A first and second distance between respective first and second pairs of points within the image corresponding to respective first and second length measurements of the siding sample are determined, as well as a first and second number of pixels disposed between the first and second pair of points, respectively. Furthermore, the method, system, and computer readable medium disclose determining the first length measurement based on the pixel-to-length ratio and the first number of pixels, determining the second length measurement based on the pixel-to-length ratio and the second number of pixels, and identifying a siding product associated with the first and second length measurements.
