Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of delivery, treatment, and prevention of neuropathy and/or pain associated with NGF treatment for an underline disease or condition with a NGF mutant, such as NGFR100W, that does not elicit pain. The present disclosure further provides a composition of micro- and/or nano-rods attached with the NGF mutant, such as NGFR100W, which are injectable or administered to a target for desired therapies.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and apparatus for generating a 3D rendering of and quantitative analysis of biochemical MRI voxels corresponding to a tissue or organ of interest. Voxels corresponding to the tissue or organ of interest can be identified from anatomical MRI voxels and aligned with biochemical MRI voxels. The biochemical MRI voxels aligned with the tissue or organ of interest can be isolated and then provided to one or more modules for 3D rendering and quantitative analysis.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and apparatus for a knee brace providing a dynamic resistance or anterior force to a shank of a leg in order to replicate PCL forces of a healthy PCL. A dynamic force dependent upon knee flexion angle provides faster and safer PCL injury healing since the dynamic force better replicates the forces that a healthy PCL would exert on the tibia and femur.
Abstract: A method for constructing a dual fluoroscopy system according to embodiments of the present invention includes providing a first c-arm and a second c-arm, each of which include an x-ray generator and an imaging device, synchronizing exposure timing of the two x-ray generators, decoupling the x-ray generators from the imaging devices and mounting them on a gantry system, aligning one x-ray generator with an imaging device and aligning the other x-ray generator with the other imaging device, and performing a calibration test to determine the dual fluoroscopy system configuration, and attaching a triggering and visualization device. An imaging system of the imaging device may be upgraded to permit faster data capture rates, according to embodiments of the present invention.
