Abstract: A display support system includes a support rail extending in a first direction and at least one support bar carried by the support rail. The support bar is moveable relative to the support rail in at least the first and second directions. A mounting member is engaged with the support bar, with the mounting member being adapted to be coupled to a display. A method for mounting an array of displays on a wall, and a support cart for mounting a display, are also provided.

Abstract: A chair assembly includes an arm assembly that includes an armrest supported by a vertically adjustable support assembly and an arm base, where the arm base extends at an acute angle with respect to a longitudinal centerline of the chair assembly, an upholstery arrangement including a ring member attached to a cover, where the ring member includes a plurality of reliefs having a width that reduces as the ring member is wrapped about a shell member of the chair assembly, and a control arrangement having a biasing member that moves through an arcuate path as the biasing member is adjusted between varying bias settings.

Abstract: A system for use in a facility area including reservable spaces and common spaces and comprising a database storing space information, space map data and space scheduling information and including a user interface display screen mounted in a common space, a user location sensor and a processor linked to the databases and programmed to receive sensor signals and determine when a user is located within the sensing zone, the processor further programmed to generate and present a graphical facility area map representation of the facility area on the display screen and, upon detecting a user within the sensing zone, automatically identifying a destination space within the zone that the user likely intends to travel to and presenting an indication of the space on the graphical map indicating the location of the destination space within the facility.

Abstract: A backrest includes a frame having a pair of laterally spaced upright members connected with longitudinally spaced upper and lower members. A flexible shell has opposite sides coupled to the upright members and upper and lower portions coupled to the upper and lower members. The shell includes first and second slots extending longitudinally along opposite sides of the shell inboard of locations where the shell is connected to the upright members, and one or more third slots extending laterally along the lower portion of the shell above a location where the shell is connected to the lower member. Terminal ends of the one or more third slots are spaced apart from lower terminal ends of the first and second slots. In other embodiments, the shell is a three-dimensional molded component having a plurality of openings. In various embodiments, the slots and/or openings provide different levels of compliance to the backrest.

Abstract: A power grommet embedded in the worksurface includes a housing, at least a first and second outlet block disposed in the housing, and a lid pivotally connected to the housing. The lid is pivotable between an open position, wherein the first and second outlet blocks are exposed along a top of the housing, and a closed position, wherein the first outlet block is exposed along a top of the housing and the second outlet block is covered by the lid.

Abstract: A system includes a view screen with polarized output. A window capable of blocking the polarized output at least in part cloaks the view screen to frustrate viewing of the view screen through the window. In some cases, the window comprises an array of panels capable of blocking multiple polarizations. The array may disrupt multiple different polarized view screen outputs while maintaining transparency to unpolarized light. In some cases, the window capable of blocking polarized output may be paired with view screen cover that converts view screen output in an unblocked polarization to one of the one or more polarizations blocked by the window.

Abstract: A seating arrangement includes a base, a back arrangement and a seat arrangement each supported by the base, the back arrangement movable between an upright position and reclined position, the seat arrangement including a stop member, a shell supported on the base and forming at least a portion of the seat arrangement, the shell including a first portion and second portion movable relative to the first portion, the shell configured such that a downward force exerted on the first portion by a seated user forces the back arrangement from the reclined position toward the upright position, and a tilt limiter coupled to the base and configured to engage the stop member at both the upright position and the reclined position.

The emissive surface configuration has emissive surface sections including at least a first substantially flat emissive surface section, at least first and second curved emissive surface sections that are curved about first and second non-parallel axis, the first curved section positioned adjacent a first edge of the first substantially flat emissive surface section, the second curved section adjacent a second edge of the first substantially flat emissive surface section, each of the curved and flat surface sections forming a portion of the substantially contiguous emissive surface, and a driver for presenting content on the substantially contiguous emissive surface.

Abstract: A display support system includes a display support system having a pair of posts spaced apart in a first direction and upper and lower vertically spaced beams extending in the first direction. Each of the upper and lower beams has first and second ends coupled to the posts. A pair of receivers are carried by each of the upper and lower beams, wherein the receivers open upwardly in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and wherein the receivers are movable relative to the upper and lower beams in at least the second direction. A plurality of mounting members, each having an insert portion, are removably received in one of the receivers, wherein the mounting members are adapted to be coupled to the display.

Abstract: A flip top table includes a leg assembly supporting an axle defining a rotation axis extending in a longitudinal direction. A strike plate is non-rotatably secured to the axle, with the strike plate having first and second circumferentially spaced and radially extending stop surfaces. A worksurface is rotatably supported on the axle and includes first and second circumferentially spaced stop surfaces. The worksurface is rotatable about the rotation axis between a use position and a stowed position. A latch assembly is coupled to and rotatable with the worksurface between the use and stowed positions. The latch assembly includes a lock bolt moveable in the longitudinal direction between a disengaged position, wherein the lock bolt is longitudinally displaced from the strike plate, and an engaged position, wherein the lock bolt engages the second stop surface of the strike plate when the worksurface is in the use position. An actuation mechanism is also provided.
