The second hook holds oppositely arranged hook arms connected by a second end part. A second hook space with a second opening receives the second band loop. The first and second hooks are positioned with the openings facing each other. A third opening is formed by an opening between the oppositely positioned first hook arms of the first and second hooks.

The fibre band may be made of several fibre threads or yarns being braided, plaited, woven, crocheted, knitted or twisted together, and a major part of the material forming the fibre threads or yarns may be synthetic.
