Abstract: A pallet stacking board comprising a laminate structure is provided in which a non-woven polypropylene geotextile fabric material is used to create a suitably shaped bag in which a rigid or semi-rigid polyurethane material is injected, and allowed to react and cure. The upper and lower exterior surfaces of the pallet stacking board are coated with a non-slip material which is preferably provided by a polyurethane coating material so as to provide a textured finish. The pallet stacking boards provide desirable non-slip properties while being readily manufactured using automated procedures.
