Abstract: A stretcher including a support frame for supporting a patient, front legs and rear legs rotatably coupled to the support frame around a respective first and second rotation axis. Each front and rear leg supports respectively a front wheel holder frame hinged to the respective front leg around a first oscillation axis parallel to the first rotation axis and supporting a front wheel resting on a rest plane and a rear wheel holder frame hinged to the respective rear leg around a second oscillation axis parallel to the second rotation axis and supporting a rear wheel resting on a rest plane. The stretcher has a handling arrangement for the front wheel holder frame and the rear wheel holder frame, and a control module configured to keep the first and second pivot axes always orthogonal to the rest plane on which the front and rear wheels roll.

Abstract: An auxiliary loading device of a stretcher including a winch having a support frame rotatably supporting a spool, a tow strap wound on the spool and having a tow hook attachable to the stretcher, and a motor connected and configured to rotate the spool in a first direction for winding the tow strap on the spool and in a second direction for unwinding the tow strap from the spool. A sensor is connected to the winch to detect a value of a parameter indicative of a tension of a unwound section of the tow strap including the tow hook, and an electronic control unit operatively connected to the sensor unit and the motor of the winch to stop rotation of the spool when operated to rotate in the second direction if the value of the parameter indicative of the tension is less than or equal to a reference value.

Abstract: A rapid water ambulance for transport of patients, comprising a sick bay solidly constrained to a structure of the water ambulance and support apparatus (10) for a stretcher, the support apparatus (10) comprises: a support column (20), a carriage (30) slidable along the column (20) in the direction of the axis (A) thereof, a support plane (11) for a stretcher, borne projectingly by the carriage (30) and solidly constrained thereto, a damped suspension device (33), constrained to the carriage (30) and to the column (20), which supports the support plane (11) at an operating height, wherein the axis (A) of the support column (20) is inclined with respect to the perpendicular direction to a floor (P) plane of the sick bay and lies in a vertical plane parallel to the motion direction of the water ambulance.

Abstract: A modular system, for realising chambers that are joined to one another, includes a plurality of walls delimiting chambers and a plurality of joint elements, each configured to fasten two walls of the chamber to one another at a longitudinal corner of the chamber. Each of the joint elements includes a tubular body provided with at least an axial cavity, open at least at an end of the tubular body and conformed such as to be external of the chamber. Interconnectors are further provided, for interconnecting two chambers, including plugs configured to interconnect two joint elements of respective chambers, each plug being configured to be solidly associated to two tubular bodies of two reciprocally-facing joint elements, internally of the respective cavities, for joining two joint elements head to head.

Abstract: A stretcher for transporting patients, comprising a rest plane (2) for supporting a patient in a substantially lying position, and means for raising (3, 35) for raising the rest plane (2) with respect to the surface on which the stretcher (1) is resting, comprising at least two distinct support elements (3) which rest on a ground surface, each of which is connected to the rest plane (2) such as to be able to move, independently of the other thereof, between a respective closed position and a respective open position, such that when both the support elements (3) are in a closed position, the rest plane (2) is supported at a lower height, and when both the support elements (3) are in an open position, the rest plane (2) is supported at a greater height, and motor means (35) for moving the support elements (3) from the respective closed positions into the respective open positions, such as to raise the rest plane (2).

Abstract: An apparatus for loading stretchers into an ambulance which includes a loading table for the front end of the stretcher bed portion and by which the stretcher is transferred into the ambulance transporting compartment the loading table being positioned with its rear edge in a position projecting outwards from the rear surface of the ambulance; an auxiliary device applied to the rear edge of the loading table having a transverse horizontal abutment element which is positioned at a height lower than the rear end of the upper surface of the loading table in order to engage the front legs of the stretcher, starting from their erect position.
