Abstract: A disposable support pan has a sidewall with a top lip that support the lips of rectangular food trays above a support surface. A disposable suspension tray inside the support pan has a flange resting on a support pan shoulder so the bottoms of two pockets in the suspension tray are between the support surface and the bottom of the food trays. Water in each pocket reacts with a calcium-oxide packet in each pocket to boils a predetermined amount of water to generate steam that heats the food trays without having the packets contact the food trays. One or two tray supports on each side of the pan may extend from the shoulder to a top support flange extending outward around a periphery of the support pan. The suspension tray has corresponding recesses to mate with the tray supports to keep steam from entering the area below the suspension tray.

Abstract: A portable stove for cooking s'mores is disclosed herein wherein a gel chafing fuel is centrally disposed within a shell and away from the shell so that heat generated by the gel chafing fuel does not heat up the shell excessively so that a person would burn his or her fingers if the person touches the exterior surface of the shell. The portable stove has a gel chafing fuel holder for positioning the gel chafing fuel within the shell.

Abstract: A portable, collapsible holder for a cooking container has a threaded collar that screws onto the neck of a chafing dish fuel container. Three panels are each rotatably connected to the collar with an offset hinge. The panels rotate between a first collapsed position in which the panels contact a top surface of the collar and a second position in which the panels are in a deployed position at an angle of about 105 to 155 degrees outward from the top surface. Rotation stops on the panel and collar limit the rotation.
