Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to casing accessories for use with multi-component wall systems. Some of the casing accessories of the present disclosure can include a mounting bracket to attach the accessory to a wall structure and a channel formed in part by a spacer that can be adjusted to adjust the channel width in order to encase components of multi-component wall systems that can vary in width from one installation to another. In another aspect, some of the casing accessories can include one or more drainage canals that direct water from one part of the casing accessories to another. In another aspect, some of the casing accessories can impede fire propagation through multi-component wall systems.
Abstract: Prefabricated exterior wall panel systems that incorporate one or more drainage features are disclosed. The drainage feature can include a channel formed in the panel body in fluid communication with an interior portion of the panel body and an opening in the front face of the panel. The drainage feature also can include a wedge having a sloped surface thereon on which the channel can be aligned. The exterior wall panel systems having these drainage features can be used in the exterior cladding of buildings and other structures.

Abstract: An exterior insulation and finish system is produced for exterior construction having a primary weather proofing layer formed by a finish coat and a secondary seal is provided intermediate of the various layers of exterior insulation between a sheathing substrate and insulation board. The secondary seal layer also serves to adhesively secure the insulation board to the sheathing substrate.
