Abstract: A system and method for determining a value of property refurbishments to a property sale price, including: receiving a first dataset of descriptive information associated with a first property; receiving a second dataset including information related to one or more objectives made to the first property throughout a first refurbishment process; receiving a sale price of the first property after the refurbishment process is completed; searching for a second property in which at least one of the one or more objectives was made; collecting a third dataset associated with the at least a second property, wherein the third dataset comprises descriptive information of the at least a second property; analyzing the first dataset and the second dataset with respect to the third dataset; and, determining, based on the analysis, a value contribution for each of the plurality of objectives to the sale price of the first property.

Abstract: A construction management system and method thereof. The system comprising: a processing circuitry; and a memory, the memory containing instructions that, when executed by the processing circuitry, configure the system to: analyze a project data of at least one construction project; based on the analysis of the project data, derive metadata associated with the construction project, wherein the metadata designates at least various stages associated with the construction project and a completion threshold for each stage; and based on the metadata, generate an interface for allowing at least two end-user devices to collaboratively interact with the interface, wherein the interface provides interactive visual features indicative of a progress of each of the stages associated with the construction project.

Abstract: A system and method for evaluating a real-estate property (REP). The method includes: receiving a location pointer associated with the REP; extracting metadata associated with the REP from a web source; extracting at least one multimedia content element associated with the REP; identifying relevant venues located in proximity to the REP based on the at least one multimedia content element; identifying a subdivision in which the REP is located based on an analysis of the metadata or the at least one multimedia content element; and, determining an evaluation of the REP based on the metadata, the at least one multimedia content element, and the identified venues.

Abstract: A system and method for generating a document, including: retrieving data related to a real estate property, wherein the data includes data related to a borrower, at least a first indication related to the real estate property, and at least a second indication related to an anticipated transaction; analyzing the retrieved data to determine a type of security related to the real estate property; and generating a document based on the type of security and the retrieved data.

Abstract: A system and method for determining the value of a real estate property (REP) throughout a rehab process. The method includes: receiving at least one location pointer associated with the at least one REP; extracting metadata associated with the at least one REP from at least one web source; determining a current evaluation of the REP based on the extracted metadata; receiving at least one rehab objective; analyzing the at least one rehab objective to determine the effect of the at least one rehab objective on the value of the property; and determining a projected evaluation based on the analysis.

Abstract: A system determines after rehab value (ARV) of a real-estate property (REP) based on a plurality of parameters associated with the asset and a projected rehab package. The determination comprises extraction of a plurality of structured parameters associated with the REP. The system then identifies a plurality of environmental variables associated with the REP. Thereafter, the system generates a weight to each identified parameter. Then, respective of the environmental variables, the structured parameters and the rehab package, the system generates an ARV of the REP.

Abstract: A system and method for generating an agreement related to a physical asset, including: retrieving a first set of metadata associated with a physical asset, wherein the first set of metadata is comparative metadata; retrieving a second set of metadata associated with the physical asset, wherein the second set of metadata is type metadata; and generating an agreement related to the physical asset based on the first set of metadata and the second set of metadata.
