Abstract: A fluid coupling for automated analyzer systems suitable to provide liquids to the system, wherein the fluid coupling comprises a stationary part and a movable part for a fluid connection, wherein both parts have a three-part valve for sealing said stationary and movable part against leakage, said three-part valve comprising a first member composed of two rings that are connected by elastic arms, a second member composed of a rod having different diameters on both ends and a third annular member, wherein at least two member of both parts comprise at least one sealing surface and one sealing lip that get in contact for preventing leakage.

Abstract: A connection device for providing both a connection for liquid transport and a connection for the transport of electrical energy is disclosed. The connection device comprises a first part and a second part, which detachably connect to one another such that a first liquid conduit comprised in the first part connects with a second liquid conduit comprised in the second part, and a primary coil comprised in the first part inductively couples to a secondary coil comprised in the second part, wherein the first part further comprises a first electronic circuit electrically connected to the primary coil, and the second part further comprises a second electronic circuit electrically connected to the secondary coil.
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a device, system and method for cooling a reagent compartment. The invention also relates to a use of the device. The device comprises a housing with a first side for attachment to the reagent compartment, a cooling unit with at least one cooling element with a warm upper side and a cold lower side, that is equipped with a cold side heat exchanger comprising at least one first fan, a at least one cold air channel and at least one cold air opening at the first side of the housing for circulating cold air between the at least one cooling element and the reagent compartment in a closed system.
