Abstract: A pipe coupling for connecting two pipe ends includes: a clamp band which has a longitudinal slot, an inner housing arranged therein, and a clamping mechanism for reducing the internal diameter of the clamp band. The clamp band is designed as a flat single piece and has an outer band portion and inner band portions which are connected to the outer band portion via at least one connection. A connection assembly is provided for securing the inner housing in the clamp band, where the connection assembly includes a first connection part and a second connection part. The first connection part extends into the second connection part, and at least one of the connection parts of the connection assembly is designed to connect the at least first outer band portion to the at least first inner band portion of the clamp band.
Abstract: A sleeve-shaped anchoring element for pipe couplings sealing pipes, with an essentially cylindrical housing and a sealing element of rubber-elastic material that is arranged in the housing. The anchoring element is arranged in the housing and has individual longitudinal supports connected to each other by means of deformable webs and having a C-shaped longitudinal section. Ends of the longitudinal supports are configured as limbs angled radially inwards. Free ends of the limbs can be brought into engagement with at least one of the pipes when the pipe coupling is clamped. Only one single web is provided between two adjacent longitudinal supports, and the two webs of a longitudinal support are arranged offset with respect to each other in the axial direction for connection to the adjacent longitudinal supports.
Abstract: A seal anchor for pipe couplings suited for frictional connection of smooth-ended pipes. The seal anchor has a housing, and at least one sealing element, for example of rubber-elastic material, arranged therein. The anchor may be of generally L-shaped cross-section and has a first limb extending in the axial direction and a second limb extending at an acute angle to the first limb. The anchoring element blank is provided with slots which run across its width in the longitudinal direction relative to the limbs and between the limbs. One or more webs span the slots to join adjacent limbs.
Abstract: Brace or pipe clamp with a deformable, essentially cylindrical housing, which has at least one longitudinal slot. The regions of the housing that are situated opposite one another at the longitudinal slot are formed as bent over lugs. The lugs are used to accommodate hollow bolts. The housing can be braced by means of clamping bolts, which penetrate the hollow bolts transversely and are arranged approximately tangentially to the housing, and nuts which can be connected to said clamping bolts. At least one of the clamping bolts is connected directly or indirectly with a handle for manually pretensioning the brace or pipe clamp and/or for operating the clamping bolt.
