At least one of the polyvinyl chloride plasticizers includes a photochromic pigment such that when exposed to light, the polyvinyl chloride plasticizer portion of the design having the photochromic pigment changes color, whereas the other portions of the design change to different colors or remain the same to create a desired visual appearance.
