Abstract: A muscle exercising device includes a body with two pivotable members pivotably connected to two sides of the body and each pivotable member has an arm connected thereto. Each of the two pivotable members has a first pressing portions and a second pressing portion, both of the two pressing portions are in contact with two outsides of a resilient member connected between the two pivotable members. A sliding member is slidably connected to the body and the resilient member is connected to and movable together with the sliding member. The users pivot the two arms to compress the resilient member to exercise muscles.
Abstract: A method of the present invention provides a sensor detecting a motor whether it is an idle running condition or a loading running condition. The idle running condition indicates that nobody on the treadmill, so that the motor keeps a designated running. If the motor is in the loading running condition, it has to be determined whether it is in continuous loading condition or an intermittent loading condition. The intermittent loading condition indicates that user is running on the treadmill, so that the motor keeps a designated running. The continuous loading condition indicates that user has stopped running but still standing on the treadmill or the belt is jammed, so that the motor is shut. The method of the present invention provides the treadmill to be shown and safety stopped.
Abstract: A lifting device for a platform of a treadmill includes a telescope shaft has a front end pivotally connected to a front portion of the platform. A power source is laterally mounted to the telescope shaft for reciprocally telescopically driving the telescope shaft. Two first linkages each has a first end pivotally connected to the two opposite sides of the base member and a second end pivotally connected to the two opposite sides of the platform. Two second linkages each includes a first end having a roller rotatably mounted thereto and a second end pivotally connected to the two opposite sides of the platform. A second connecting rod securely connected to the two second linkages. A pivot seat extends from the second connecting rod and a second end of the telescope shaft is pivotally mounted to the pivot seat.
Abstract: A treadmill includes a main frame including two opposite sides each having an arm extending from the main frame. A platform is mounted on the main frame. An endless strap is movably mounted surrounding the platform. A computer is mounted on the main frame for showing data of the treadmill. At least one movable switch is mounted on the arm of the main frame and includes a holder secured on the arm. The holder has two electrode plates mounted therein and opposite to each other. The two electrode plates are respectively electrically connected to the computer. A rotor is movably and partially mounted in the holder and has a convex electrode plate attached to a bottom of the rotor and electrically connected to the computer. The convex electrode plate is selectively contacted to the two electrode plates of the holder.
