Abstract: Systems and methods for providing algorithmic training and service recommendations are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method for treating a fatigue or an injury of an athlete includes: monitoring a first amplitude of a first muscle of the athlete by a first wearable muscle response sensor carried by the athlete; monitoring a second amplitude of a second muscle of the athlete by a second wearable muscle response sensor carried by the athlete; determining a difference between the first amplitude and the second amplitude; comparing the difference to a predetermined amplitude threshold; and based on the comparing, providing a treatment recommendation to the athlete.
Abstract: Measuring muscle load in athletic activities, and associated systems and methods are described herein. In an embodiment, a method for monitoring muscle load of an athlete includes: determining a muscle effort (ME) of the athlete by a wearable electromyography (EMG) sensor, and determining at least one inertial measurement unit (IMU) output of the athlete. The method further includes comparing the ME and the IMU output of the athlete, and, based on comparing, determining a performance of the athlete.
Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting athletic performance and fatigue are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method for monitoring athletic performance of an athlete includes: monitoring a heart rate (HR) of the athlete by a wearable electrocardiogram (ECG) sensor carried by the athlete; determining a rate of change of the HR over a period of time; comparing the rate of change to a predetermined threshold; and based on the comparing, determining whether the athlete is fatigued.

Abstract: An augmented reality system and method of using the same for real-time assessment of athletic performance is described. The system includes a digital platform, itself including a display, at least one camera, and a communications module. The system further includes a performance monitor carried by a garment and configured to communicate wirelessly with the digital platform, a logic engine, and an interactive user interface, presenting real-time data and images of athletic performance. The real-time data and images include images obtained by the at least one camera and athletic performance data collected via the wearable sensor system. The augmented reality system provides a real-time augmented reality environment combining analysis of performance with live images of a subject of observation.
