Abstract: A programmed actuation and an accurate stoppage of a mechanism in a predemined position after performance of a predetermined number of revolutions is achieved by provision of a main shaft driven through a claw clutch and of an auxiliary shaft driven from the main shaft through a transmission, the auxiliary shaft having actuating means for disconnecting the claw clutch after a number of revolutions of the main shaft determined by the transmission ratio of both shafts.
