Abstract: According to one embodiment, a modular toy assembly system featuring one or more bases and a plurality of posts. Coupled to recessed connectors of the base, the plurality of posts includes a first end connector and a second end connector for coupling to different bases to provide depth of the toy. The posts include a first elongated body element and a second elongated body element interposed and extending between the first end connector and the second end connector. The first elongated body element and the second elongated body element are oriented to produce (i) a first slot between a first side of first elongated body element and a first side of the second elongated body element and (ii) a second slot between a second side of first elongated body element and a second side of the second elongated body element.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a toy figure featuring at least a body element, a head support element, a head element, and a head covering element. The head support element includes a second connector for coupling with a first connector of the body element. The head support element includes a base partially surrounded by sidewalls extending upwardly from a perimeter of the base to form a cavity and an opening between these sidewalls. The head element includes a conduit for slidably engaging the second connector and residing within the cavity. The head element includes a plurality of facial expressions, each placed on a different sidewall of the head element. A selected facial expression is aligned with the opening of the head support element. The plurality of facial expressions enables alteration of the selected facial expression of the toy figure based on rotation of the head element.

Abstract: A decorative toothbrush guard which covers nearly the entire head of a toothbrush thereby preventing germs or dust from coming into contact with the head. More specifically, the present invention includes an upper and a lower cover portion connected by a hinge. The upper and lower cover portions each have an inner cavity which can house a toothbrush head. The lower cover portion has a seat portion integrally connected therein for holding the toothbrush head. The toothbrush guard can be slipped over the toothbrush head and firmly secured thereon by a plurality of frictionally interlocking rods and holes on the upper and lower cover portions. The lower cover portion has a slot which not only allows for the insertion of a toothbrush neck or upper handle through the lower cover portion, but also allows air to circulate within the cover portion to facilitate drying of the toothbrush head. The preferred embodiment of the present invention is made of a single piece of flexible material.

Abstract: A drink container in the form of a hexahedronal carton shaped to simulate a video cassette storage case or box, with a pivoting top closure and a straw receiving hole formed through the pivoting top closure. A living hinge connects the top to the container, the top and container being of monolithic, one-piece construction. The case includes three recessed sides having a groove formed in these sides to further simulate a cassette storage box, the groove having the appearance of separating the box into two halves. The container may be decoratively imprinted with designs, logos, etc. on three sides to complete the video storage case simulation.

Abstract: An educational and/or recreational toy including an interior skeletal body surrounded by a shell casing made up of two mating halves readily assembled and taken apart, the halves including mating pin projection and receptacle friction fit securements. The skeletal body may be pigmented with a glow-in-the-dark material. Parts of the skeletal body may protrude through the shell casing. Toys representative of dinosaurs, such as the brontosaur, tyrannosaurus rex, triceratops and stegosaur are specifically disclosed.

Abstract: A container for liquids is disclosed. Overall, the container has a recessed portion extending across the top and a hollow handle overlying it. There is a raised hollow neck section, a raised hollow rear portion, and a handle that is integral, and in fluid connection, with both. The raised hollow neck section further includes a pour spout that is proximate a corner of the device, and the side wall juncture associated with this corner has a chamfer or beveled section that is configured to engage the activating lever or button of a conventional soft drink dispenser.
