Abstract: An apparatus, comprising a handle of a captive but freely-moveable wand, the handle useable to move an attached wand viewfinder over a clear front window of a front component to selectively reveal parts of printed matter on a hidden back component, wherein the clear front window has semi-transparently printed matter thereon, wherein inside the apparatus, a concealed component tethered to the wand is selectively moveable between the semi-transparently printed matter and the printed matter on the hidden back component, and wherein the tethered concealed component has an opening that lies in alignment with a matching opening in the wand viewfinder so that, with selective movement of the tethered concealed component: (a) both the printed matter on the clear front window is shown superimposed over the selectively revealed parts of the printed matter on the back component in the wand view finder and (b) solely the semi-transparently printed matter is shown on the clear front window outside the wand viewfinder.

Abstract: A user is presented with handle of a captive but freely moveable wand, the handle useable to move an attached viewfinder over a clear front window of a front component to selectively reveal parts of printed matter on a hidden back component as apparently part of semi-transparently printed matter on the clear front window. Inside, a concealed component tethered to the wand travels between the semi-transparently printed matter and the printed matter on the hidden back component. The tethered concealed component has an opening that lies directly below and matches an opening in the viewfinder in size so that, with movement, it can selectively show (a) both the printed matter on the clear front window superimposed over the selectively revealed parts of the printed matter on the back component in the viewfinder and (b) solely the semi-transparently printed matter on the clear front window outside the viewfinder.

Abstract: A display assembly in the form of a sleeve envelops a central subpart, a loop that envelops the central subpart, and a pull tab panel part. An opening is provided on one side edge of the sleeve to allow the pull tab to be pulled out in a pull out direction. The act of pulling out the pull tab panel part causes the loop to be pulled on a side attached to the pull out tab part in the same direction so as to cause it to traverse around the central subpart. A cutout window on the front of the sleeve displays printed matter on the loop moving, with respect to the other side of the central subpart, in a direction opposite that of the pull out direction.

Abstract: By providing a housing and a cooperating slider member cooperatively associated with each other, with the slider member being removable from the housing for simultaneously activating the housing to automatically form a three-dimensional object, a unique, hands-on, printed, visually exciting and interest generating advertising/promotional product is attained which can be used for a wide variety of promotions, including use as a mailer. The system of the present invention provides an exciting and surprising result which is not anticipated by the user, and can be produced in a wide variety of alternate forms and/or configurations.

Abstract: By providing a pre-printed promotional system which employs two cooperating panels securely affixed to each other, with each panel being movable between a folded, compacted position and an unfolded, extended position, a unique, hands-on, printed, visually exciting and interest generating advertising/promotional product is attained. In addition, in the preferred construction of the present invention, the promotional system of the present invention is constructed to produce a snapping or cracking sound whenever the promotional system is moved between its two alternate positions. Although the creation or production of a sound is not required, it has been found that the sound produced further enhances consumer surprise and interest.

Abstract: By providing a pre-printed promotional system which employs a housing and a cooperating slider panel mounted to each other, with the slider panel being movable for activating a foldable graphic element to move between an open displayed position and a closed, folded position, a unique, hands-on, printed, visually exciting and interest generating advertising/promotional product is attained. Preferably, the promotional system comprises two cooperating components which are cooperatively associated to each other in sliding interengagement. Although two components are required for achieving the basic construction, alternate embodiments of the present invention may incorporate additional components for providing a further enhanced visual impact.

Abstract: A promotional or novelty piece wherein a printed planar surface is provided with a translucent lenticular surface, placed in registration with a second planar surface with predetermined indicia applied so as to underlie and register with said translucent surface. The angle of the viewer's eye with said translucent surface allows said underlying indicia and secondary interlaced indicia having been applied to the underside of said lenticular lens, to be selectively and individually observed.

Abstract: By providing a unique, preprinted housing member which automatically expands from a flat, generally two-dimensional configuration into a three-dimensional promotional display, and is securely maintained in the three-dimensional configuration for any desired time duration, a unique, hands-on, printed, long-lasting visually exciting and interest-generating advertising/promotional product is obtained. In the present invention, the self-erecting, promotional display member incorporates small magnetic members mounted to internal panels, struts or support walls of the display member, with the magnetic members being positions for being automatically activated simultaneously with the movement of the display member from its two-dimensional configuration into its three-dimensional configuration. Once activated, the magnetic members are brought into locked engagement with each other, securely holding the display member in its fully erect, three-dimensional display configuration.

Abstract: A foldable display stand or a display package incorporates a releasable sliding locking mechanism. The locking mechanism comprises a folded portion which forms a pair of latching members which engage in a die-cut button opening of a panel for locking the sliding member in position. The locking mechanism may be released by depressing the latch to disengage from the opening. The sliding locking mechanism is also applicable in conjunction with locking struts for erecting a display stand.

In the preferred embodiment, each window incorporates a transparent panel for overlying the visual image contained in the window, as well as preventing the user from obtaining access to the visual information contained therein. By constructing each of the plurality of longitudinally movable arm members/sliders in an overlying manner, a unique construction is realized which enables the movement of one arm member/slider to effectuate a change in the visual display of a window element which is not directly adjacent the arm member or slider. In this way, a unique, surprising and interest generating result is attained.

Abstract: By employing the present invention, a unique, pre-printed housing member which is quickly and easily assembled from a flat, generally two-dimensional configuration into a three-dimensional promotional display, along with an integrally affixed stabilizing and locking member is attained. Once the promotional display system is placed in its three-dimensional configuration, with the stabilizing/locking member activated, assurance is provided that the entire advertising/promotional display product is securely retained in the desired, eye-catching, visually exciting, three-dimensional configuration. In particular, in the present invention, the promotional display member incorporates an integral, arcuately pivotable, stabilizing/locking arm and stand combination which cooperates with one or more panel members of the housing to assure secure-ment of the promotional display system in its fully erected configuration when desired by the user.

In one embodiment, multiple compartments are integrally formed and automatically created during the erection process, thereby enabling a plurality of different materials to be placed in the display/storage system. Abstract: By providing a unique, pre-printed housing member within which a plurality of pre-printed display members are operatively interconnected for sequential display relative to each other in a unique, co-operative, continuously unfolding construction, a unique, hands-on, printed, visually exciting and interest-generating multi-panel product is attained. In the present invention, a principal housing or first element is provided which incorporates a front panel and a rear panel mounted in juxtaposed, spaced relationship with each other, defining a first interior zone therebetween. Preferably, each panel comprises an eye-catching, visual display for generating consumer interest. In addition, a second element is mounted between the front panel and a rear panel of the first element in a manner which enables the second element to pivot outwardly from the first element from a first fully stowed position to a second fully displayed position.

Furthermore, an endless band is mounted about the interior partition in a manner which enables the endless band to freely slide peripherally about the partition in a continuous manner.
