Abstract: Device for setting values for processing audio signals includes a signal processor, at least two elements for manually entering and/or adjusting the values, a carrier for the at least two elements, and a screen for displaying the entered and/or adjusted values. The screen includes at least two fields. The at least two elements and the carrier are located in front of the screen. A computer, coupled to the at least two elements via connections in front of the screen, acquires the entered and/or adjusted values and displays the acquired value on at least one of the at least two fields. The computer is coupled to the signal processor for processing of audio signals and to transmit control commands to the signal processor for processing the audio signals according to the manually entered and/or adjusted values established by the at least two elements.
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a process and device for mixing a plurality of sound signals. The process includes separating each sound signal and selectively delaying each separated sound signal. The process also includes selectively weighting each separated and selectively delayed sound signal and adding corresponding ones of the selectively weighted signals to an intermediary signal. The process also includes separating and filtering each intermediary signal, and adding the intermediary signals to form an output signal. The device for mixing sound signals of a plurality of input channels into a plurality of output channels includes each input channel having a plurality of partial channels, a decoder providing the plurality of outputs, and a plurality of intermediary channels coupled to the plurality of partial channels and to the decoder.
Abstract: The invention relates to a process and a device for mixing digital audio signals from a first number of inputs (1 to m) into a second number of outputs (21 to n). In order to create a process and a device that are significantly simpler and cheaper, the data words of the incoming audio signals should be supplied in relation to each other so that the data bits arrive in increasing order with the lowest value bit first, in parallel data streams that are synchronized word-wise and bitwise and can be added up in bitwise fashion.

Abstract: Device for treating signals. A device for treating signals having multiple inputs for the reception of signals, including adjustable elements for the treatment of signals, wherein the adjustable elements are connected with control elements for control purposes, with the control elements being provided on a control surface, wherein, in order to provide better overview of the control surface, the control surface includes, for the treatment of signals, an image display for each adjustable element for the actual adjustment thereof, with the control surface including additional control elements and additional displays which can be selectively associated with one of the adjustable elements, with the device including connections between each adjustable element, the additional control elements and the additional displays.
