Abstract: A tracking toy vehicle includes a vehicle body, a left drive wheel, a right drive wheel, a sensing device installed at bottom of the vehicle body for sensing a tracking line, a controller electrically connected to the sensing device, a left driving device for driving the left drive wheel to steer, and a right driving device for driving the right drive wheel to steer. The sensing device includes a first sensor and a second sensor respectively installed on left and right sides of an axle of the vehicle body, for respectively sensing whether the toy vehicle is following the tracking line. The sensing device can identify the tracking line under the vehicle body to confirm the location of the tracking line, and then the controller changes the rotational speed of the left driving device or the right driving device to steer the toy vehicle along the tracking line.

Abstract: An ornament assembly and a transmission mechanism are provided. The transmission mechanism includes the ornament assembly disposed therein and decorative figurines. The transmission mechanism includes a base member, a motivating unit, a power module and tappet rods. The base member has a plurality of receiving housings formed thereon. The motivating unit has a rotatory shaft crossed through the receiving housings and a plurality of eccentric wheels formed on the rotatory shaft The eccentric wheels are received in the receiving housings respectively. The power module is connected to one end of the motivating unit. Each of the tappet rods has a follower member formed on a lower end thereof and movably contacted the eccentric wheels. The decorative figurines are disposed on a top end of the tappet rods respectively. The transmission mechanism provides well expandable characteristics. The decorative figurines of the ornament assembly express a more vivid flying appearance.

  • Patent number: 5800046
Abstract: Disclosed is a lit string structure for easy formation of patterns mainly including at least one set of lit string and a foldable net. The lit string is fixed onto the net by binding each lamp holder on the lit string to strings forming the net. The lamp holder is provided with binding means for retaining electric wires of the lit string and strings of the net to the lamp holder and thereby easily associates the lit string with the net. Whereby, more than one lit string can be attached to the net to form different kinds of light sculptures. When the lit string is not in use, it along with the net can be folded into a very small volume for packing, transportation, and storage. The lit string on the net can be freely located on a wall surface, a door, a window, or in a garden or on a roof.

  • Patent number: 5743781
Abstract: Disclosed is an ornamental toy capable of running up and down mainly including a driving mechanism wrapped up by the ornamental toy and a long bead string extending through the driving mechanism. The driving mechanism includes a motor rotating a driving wheel of a clamp wheel set, so that beads of the string passing through the driving wheel set are received in recesses formed on the driving wheel and are clamped between said driving wheel and an idler of the clamp wheel set, allowing the driving mechanism wrapped in the ornamental toy to climb along the bead string. Since the idler is co-axially connected to a link which will be pushed outward by a cam connected to a reduction gear set actuated by the motor, the idler will be moved away from the driving wheel at a fixed interval due to the contact of the cam with the link, causing the clamp wheel set to disengage from the bead string, allowing the driving mechanism within the ornamental toy to slide down along the bead string.

  • Patent number: 5678489
Abstract: Disclosed is an electrically-operated ornament travelling on a rail capable of explaining the free quadrants described in the Mobius Theorem. The ornament mainly includes a three-dimensional endless rail supported on a set of supports. The rail includes at least a twisted and turned part and a non-twisted part. Two parallel metal wires extend through a full length of the rail on both surfaces thereof. A controller is used to supply current to the metal wires and to control the magnitude and flowing direction of the supplied current. A moving body having rollers made of permanent magnetic material is magnetically attached to the metal wires. A transmission mechanism in the moving body is powered through the controller to drive the moving body to travel, back, or stop on the endless rail.

  • Patent number: 5658073
Abstract: Disclosed is a supporting structure associated with a base of a candle lamp for internally reenforcing a plastic figure-form shell of the candle lamp. The supporting structure includes a long hollow tubular member and a sleeve member. The tubular member has an enlarged top portion for receiving a lamp socket therein and a lower end for inserting into an upper portion of the sleeve member. The sleeve member has a lower connecting portion for associating with a lamp base. Thereby, a plastic figure-form shell of the candle lamp can be put over the supporting structure without easily becoming deformed or bent after assembly.
